Mr. Sun is a senior partner and head of the Patent Litigation Department of WeiBo Law Firm.

Since starting his practice, Mr. Sun has consistently focused on intellectual property litigation in fields such as patents, trade secrets, and competition law. He possesses nearly two decades of professional litigation experience in patent litigation and is one of the earliest lawyers in the industry dedicated to patent litigation. Before joining WeiBo, Mr. Sun practiced law at Lifang Law Firm and Zhong Lun Law Firm.
