[Representative cases of contract disputes]

·Represented a famous internet company in a film and television financing contract dispute, and secured an actual payback for the client through settlement.

·Represented a Beijing technology company in a case involving a computer software development contract, which lasted four years and resulted in the actual recovery of development costs and liquidated damages for the client.

·Represented a subsidiary of a listed company in a case involving equipment supply and system integration service contracts, and actually recovered the equipment payment for the client.

·Represented a technology company of China Mobile in a case involving an operation support service agreement, and actually recovered for the client the service fees that had been owed for many years.

·Represented a Beijing-based technology company in two cases involving disputes over pallet business, and actually recovered pallet funds and related costs for the client.

·Represented Bai in a case of entrusted investment contract, claiming cancellation of the contract on the ground that the trustee failed to fulfil its obligations, resulting in the failure to achieve the purpose of the contract, and ultimately the court ordered the cancellation of the contract and the recovery of the money for the trustee.

·Represented a Beijing international logistics company in the second instance of a dispute over a logistics service contract, and awarded the client a lower amount of liquidated damages, which saved the client a large amount of loss.

· Represented a well-known education and training organisation in Beijing in a service contract case against it, rejecting the plaintiff's claim for payment of service fees.

·Represented a subsidiary of a state-owned automobile company in Beijing in a number of goods distribution contract disputes, recovering outstanding payments for the client.

·Represented a Beijing advertising company in the case of a contract for the sale of goods, and achieved a rapid conclusion of the case through the use of supervisory procedures.

·Represented a technology company under China Mobile in an arbitration case on a claimed payment for co-operation business, rejecting the other party's request for payment from the client on the ground that the claimed contract had not been actually performed.

·Represented a Beijing-based information technology company in an arbitration case in which it was sued to rescind a contract for the sale and purchase of equipment, rejecting the other party's request to rescind the contract on the grounds that the contract at issue had actually been performed as agreed.

·  Represented Wang in a dispute over a sued housing lease contract, recovering a fair and reasonable outcome for the client on the grounds that the other party had failed to adduce evidence to prove that the COVID-19 pandemic had affected the performance of the contract.


[Representative cases of intellectual property disputes]

· Represented CCTV's Future TV Co. in a series of disputes over copyright protection.

·Represented Tencent in a number of copyright infringement and unfair competition disputes.

·Represented a subsidiary of China Mobile in a series of copyright infringement disputes.

·Represented Mountaintop in a series of administrative disputes over the Papitrademark.


[Representative cases in matrimonial and family disputes]

·Represented Zhao and Liu in a divorce dispute, securing child custody for the client and realising the client's claim.

·Represented He and Chuan  in a divorce dispute, where the client sued for divorce for the first time,  through meticulous communication with the other party, resolved the conflicts and eventually facilitated the peaceful mediation of the divorce between the two parties.

·Represented Hu and Yan in a divorce dispute, the client's claim was realised by rejecting the other party's request for divorce through the fact that the separation was not caused by emotional discord.

·Represented Ma and Ma in a dispute over alimony,  through interpretation of the law and emotional communication, assisted the client obtaining alimony on time.


[Representative cases of labour disputes]

·Represented Wang in a labour dispute arbitration dispute with a vocational skills training school in Beijing, securing medical period wages and reasonable economic compensation for the client.

·Represented Wang  in a labour dispute arbitration with the Beijing branch of a Guangzhou property management company, facilitating mediation between the two parties on the grounds that the company's dismissal was unlawful, and securing reasonable financial compensation for the client.

·Represented a well-known insurance company in a labour dispute with Zhao, rejecting Zhao's claim for illegal termination of compensation  on the basis that the client's termination of the labour contract was an economic redundancy which was lawful.

·Represented Guan in a labour dispute with a company, recovering sales commission and untaken annual leave salary for the client.


[Other cases]

·Represented  Luo and Yangquan Hongjian Investment Co. in the case of an outsider's objection to the execution of a lawsuit.

·Represented Li and Wang in an enforcement case, and through participation in the distribution process, actually recovered part of the money.
